How to ensure hackers dont submit volume submissions

prevent hackers from submitting high-volume spam through forms.

Overview

The issue occurs when automated bots flood a form with thousands of submissions, overwhelming the database.
Use CF's built-in security features like honeypot, security questions, or Google reCAPTCHA to verify human users, or install the OSpam-a-not plugin to enforce a minimum submission time.

We recently used another form extension for user to submit Product Interest form. What happen was that somehow damn hacker from China managed to submit 250k submissions which flooded the database. Is there a mechanism in Chronoforms to prevent this? One suggestion is to sent a confirmation request email to the submitter. Only on confirming that email, the data capture and subsequent processing should proceed. Is this possible with Chronoform?

Any advise is appreciated.
