For v8 some issues have been fixed and few new features added (Google sheets support) and a new update is supposed to be available in the next few days

I tested this here, I write the table name in the Table dropdown field and save the action, the table name is still there when I open the form for editing again

DB Save Action + External DB
I cannot enter/save a table name here.
With the Read Action it works with external DB settings and manually entering the table.

give me the steps to follow to produce this problem
Actions -> DB Read Data -> wrote a tablename (test) -> The name can be saved
Actions -> DB Save Data -> wrote a tablename (test) -> The name cannot be saved
Actions -> DB Save Data -> wrote a tablename (test) -> The name cannot be saved
For external databases I have to enter the table name manually! This works for DB Read, not DB Save!
I can type in the name, but when I leave the table field, the name I entered disappears.
this is resolved here, it works for me, I will try to release the update this week
update is now ready for download!
