Need help restoring forms

Hi

I uninstalled CF in error and have reinstalled it OK however I now need to get 6 forms I greated back. I did not have a bav\ck up of them in CF but in phpMyAdmin they are showing as tables. Can I restore these to the CF frontend so I can continue to use them or have I lost them? I have Joomla 1.5.3 and CF V2.5 J1.5 RC2.1 installed.

at which table they are stored ? whats the table name ? don't reinstall or you get the table removed.

Did you try ChronoMyAdmin for managing your Joomla database tables ?
