Auto include email enabled fields work intermittently

Hi, we have just started to have this issue in the past week or so. Some of the internal email notifications do not come with the customer information (email enable field) appended.
Does anyone know why?

is this v6 or v7 ? v6 had this issue, but was fixed with an update
