Chronoform 7 file upload error

I've create a form with a file upload (1500kb image max) at http://elvistributesworldwide.com/about/wall-of-remembrance/nominate-to-the-wall-of-remembrance but i'm getting an unspecified error with a file attached. Just a red dot at the top of the page and no message. Works fine without a file attached. It's installed on Joomla 3.10

It was the file upload path. Fixed now.
