Buenos días,

Estoy teniendo desde hace tiempo en dos webs, envíos duplicados, es decir, cuando un cliente solicita una cita previa a través del formulario, nos llegan dos correos a nosotros (administradores) y dos correos a ellos (usuarios). No sabemos a que es debido ni como corregirlo.
Enviamos hace meses una solicitud a soporte pero no hemos recibido respuesta. Habría alguien que por favor nos pueda ayudar, nos urge bastante.

Hi,
The front end of the form all looks OK - though I get an error with the ReCaptcha "Cannot contact reCAPTCHA. Check your connection and try again." so cannot actually submit the form.
I suggest that you (a) check the email settings to see if you have both automatic and custom emails enabled; and (b) enable the debugger on submit and see if that gives you any useful information.

Hemos realizado diferentes pruebas y habilitado el modo depuración y no obtenemos nada fuera de lo normal, por algún motivo solo nos pasa en las dos webs que tenemos instalado Chronoforms7 en joomla 3.10.4, debe ser alguna configuración que tenemos que ocasiona el envío de dos correos al administrador y dos al usuario, pero hemos cambiado la configuración muchas veces y sigue haciendo lo mismo, es frustrante.
