Hi,

I am looking presently for a form generator and this looks like what I'm searching for...

Just a couple of questions before I try and buy:

1- Are there any stable releases for J1.5? All I see in the download area are Release candidates and Betas.

2- How stable is Chronoforms Beta 2? (enough to be used in prod or not)

3- The "submit story" is a feature I am searching for, how does it work, is the story published immediatly or is it possible to submit for review by a moderator?

Hi frank,

#1- We didn't release full stable for J1.5 but both V2.5RC 3.1 and V3.0 BETA 2 are very stable but I admit there are a couple of known issues with each one, I can let you know them if you are interested.

#2- its very fine, the issues known with this are, small layout issue in the form wizard at the backend and form name getting removed if you have name="name" in your HTML, those are fixed and coming at the next release, I suggest you get the V3.0 as its much more powerful and needed to get the submit story to work.

#3- its a form backup to be restored on V3.0 BETA 2 or next versions, many parameters are hardcoded inside the form code and can be changed, one of them is the published state, for example if you submit one here, I will get notified and will published when I do so.

From your answer at #3, is the "submit story" feature available in 3.0b2 or not?

Also if I get it right, all known issues are for the back-end only?

submit story is a .cfbak file to be restored, it will add a form which is pre configured to do this feature!

Very easy install! Where can I find the Submit story .cfbak file?

Searched the site, can't seem to find it...
