This is an issue that repeats itself regularly, one would have to check frequently that there are no problems after updates.. Is there assitance on this for those who have validated the forms so I don't have to go through all possible causes? Plus I don't seem to be able to add a debug to try and understand what's wrong by myself. Thanks.
Hi Alistair,
What updates appear to cause this problem?
I think that you can enable Debug from the form Settings > Behaviours > Data menu; you can also limit debug access to specific users in the CFv7 settings

That would be great to know. I remember last time it was a cookies plugin, which I have since then changed.
Anyway, the form now all of a sudden is working again, and I haven't got a clue why it stopped, and when it did, if it had not been for a customer that told me this I would've probably never noticed. I have now "sovled" by writing that if after submission you don't see a confirmation message let us know, see screenshot.
BTW, I found the debug option which is somehow hidden (well, hidden for someone like me who without a manual is rather lost).
Ok. Again today not working. Here's the debug:

Hi Alistair,
That looks like the form data plus some values from the page URL. There is no error showing up here.

Yeah thought so.
So how would I go on about finding the culprit? The cookies plugin is not (like last time), any suggetions? The form all of a sudden is not being tramsitted, basically you click on "send" and it just goes back to the same page (Thank you message does not show). You can understand that the purpose of a form is to be sent/received, otherwise I'd just ask users to contact us via email..

I have had the server technicians look at both forms, one form basically works only if all fields are filled in (even if they're set as not mandatory), so I can solve by setting all numerous fields as mandatory, even if not ideal.
The other form is much simpler and only consists of 3 mandatory fields, and this form doesn't work at all.
Hopefully this is more info for correcting this bug.

HI Alistair,
Please post or PM a link to the 'other form' so we can take a quick look.

Hi Alistair,
The page you posted the link to doesn't work for me. If I view the form page directly at https://www.your_domain.com/index.php?option=com_chronoforms7&chronoform=Contact&tmpl=component then it does seem to work.
In the first case the data is being submitted correctly as far as I can see so I suspect that the problem is that it is not reaching the CF component. I suggest that you try changing the form Submit URL to include the component. Currently it is https://www.your_domain.com/contact-me?chronoform=Contact&gpage=end_page - you can try changing this to https://www.your_domain.com/index.php?option=com_chronoforms7&chronoform=Contact&gpage=end_page

Hi, the only info I found on changing the form submit URL is this one https://www.chronoengine.com/forums/posts/t96722/change-submit-url and it looks oudated as I can't find that.
Hi Alistair,
Sorry, I don't see anything either - I'm still finding my way around CFv7

Hi, after endless testing, it appears it was AGAIN a conflict with a cookies plugin, so if anyone has a similar issue do check the plugin you installed especially in the EU for the silly cookie directive, for some reason it may impact on your form.
Have you tested the form in 'Admin view'?
