Just Email Fields and Results

I just tried the most current form and wondered if there is a way to just get plain html content in my email - I mean without the email template? I don't see the option to choose if I want it sent in the template or just plain text.

Hi, plain text option is pair email at the email setup tab, after that you need to clean your template from any HTML yourself through the editors!

I have a couple checkboxes as one of the options, is there a way to only receive the option the user selected. Currently, all the check box options appear in the email.

Hi, I think you set this in the template also, if you want user to select one only then they should have the same name, and if so you will add its name once in the template!
