Custom Masks for Reuse

Question

I use some custom input masks over and over, such as phone numbers in the format 999-999-9999. Is there a way to add this mask, and others, into the default list displayed when creating new fields? It would so much easier that retyping the same masks over and over.

unfortunately there is no way to do this now!
