i use chronoforms v5 for a long time now. Since a year i have a problem with it. even with the fully working recaptcha i got spam from mostly russia. i tried to implement a honeypot and it should have worked right but still get the spam. So i have to belief it is human spam. But all spam has one thing in common. i got a field called company and they will fill allways google in there. Every other field will be fild with diffretn things and also things that dont match there.
i thought it will be ending if i buy chronoforms 7 and migrate wich worked very good by the way.
Here i got some other problems no calneder will be showen in the frontend to pick up a date. And i even can not test if the will sending there spam too in chronoforms 7 Now i got the recaptcha working there too and i read from a function i can use something like if the field contain or does not contain in the vallidation. but i did not get it where and how.
the chronoforms are very powerfull but also something to complicated for me.
So here is my question (i shoud have asked befor i bought the Chronoforms v7 maybe) :
How is it possible to check the field company and if there is a special entry, in my case google, then dont execute the submitting of the form.
I need a real step by step explanation for chronoforms v5 and chronoforms v7.
chronoforms v5 for now and v7 for a little later if i got more time to understand it. I think it will be a great tool, if i understand it the right way.
(i will change to v7 and than migrate the whole page from joomla to wordpress in the next half year. )

In v7 you can add a validation rule (does not contain) and add "google", that will block the form if the field has google!
