Some users complained that the submit button didn't work, but it does work for me on all platforms. I was able to remote control one of the users PCs, and we tried with Chrome and Firefox. I cleaned cookies and tried again, but it doesn't work: hitting the submit button reloads the form with the info still in the boxes, except for recapthca, that gets unchecked.

Does the same problem occur when you test the form using the "Frontend" view link ?
