Your content submit form is just what I have been looking for. But I am new to Chronoforms so I am a little confused. I am trying to change the form layout to add more fields.
1) I have changed the title field to name and added another text field just below it for occupation. Just for shits and giggles, I tested the form. I received the email and the test article posted, however the article title is the occupation and both name fields (the one on tope, and the one on the bottom just above the captcha, are no where to be seen. This information was never posted.
2) I have enabled the uploads and configured them, but I am unsure how to add this into the form.

Thanks in advance. I will absoultely be donating just as soon as I can get this up and running. It will be saving me hundreds, probably, on hiring someone.

I'm trying to understand the issue, when you restored the form and did no change, did everything run fine ? don't change fields names and if you did then assure that fields names are in the content table!!! tell me what you wanna reach from the original form you downloaded!

2- and where are you going to show the uploads ? can you see them in the uploads folder ? did you check the uploads FAQ in the FAQs page ?
