From time to time we have the problem that, although correctly and fully completed, incomplete forms will be sent.

The same form filled and sent, two minutes later, all ist fine.

Do have others similar problems here too?

What could that be?

Your form is in the new v6.1 mode or the old v6 ?

Is it easy for you to install the new v7 on the same website and create a similar form ?

all our websites are running with Chronoforms V6...

Should we Upgrade to v7??

I do not say pgrade all your websites, for this I would suggest you wait for a v6 importer added in v7, but try one form and see if it has the same issue ?
