Hi all,
I'm pretty new with CC6, so probably it's a stupid question. I started editing the demo "Dynamic Actions" and I would like to add one more "Fields" element like the one in the image below, but I can't find it. I tryed almost all the elements without success.

There's a solution on the forums here somewhere I gave about getting the fields element back, but you should really use individual fields that you put in the form area, or create a form in CF and bring it in with {chronoform:form_name}
