I have a number of functions I adding as a block that has custom action names so the next action can get the data from the previous action. But when I add the block to the form it sets all the block names to be generic like 'read_data_10' so the rest of my code now stops works and names are no longer correct.

How and I add a block into the form and keep the action names as per I set them in the block. see attached images

Use the "Stored Block" under Basic instead.
