Component not found when saving edited forms in ChronoFormm5

Hi

I need some of your help. Some time ago I used chronoforms in a joomla 3.9.2 site, initially it was installed in a domain, then I made a backup with akeeba backup and installed it in a subdomain of the same domain, everything worked correctly
Now I have problems editing the forms I had created, after editing a form by clicking on the save button, an error message is displayed, "component not found", other components I can edit, so I guess it is a problem with chronoforms
I was grateful if you could give me some help.

Greetings and thank you very much, Raul!

Hi Raul,

I suggest that you take a backup of your database for security, then install the latest release of CFv5 - that should not affect your existing forms.

Good morning

Check to be completely sure, but I already had the last version of the component installed, 5.0.17

Greetings and thank you very much, Raul!

Hi Raul,

Well if you get 'component not found' then something is missing and reinstalling is a way to make sure that your ChronoForms installation is complete.

Goodnight

According to your suggestion, reinstall the latest version of chronoform, but it continues to show error and changes are not saved, now the message says "Page not found"
Another detail is that when I click on the save button, the URL of the backend changes, add "es /" before administrator
https://pages.mydomain.net/es/administrator/index.php?option=com_chronoforms5&act=save&save_act=apply
when the site backend url is https://pages.mydomain.net/administrator/index.php

I appreciate if you could help me

PD: today I also acquired the extension license.

Greetings and thank you very much, Raul!

Hi Raul,

Sorry, I have no idea what is happening here - not something I've seen reported before. The /es/ sounds like it is a Spanish language marker - as far as I know CF won't add that. Maybe there is something in your server/site router settings that is affecting the URLs.

Hello,

If, indeed "es" is the language suffix that should only appear in the frontend of the site, Hello,

If, indeed "is" is the language suffix that should only appear in the frontend of the site, it is more, if I remove the Spanish language and only leave the default language of joomla, English, in the url, the suffix appears "en" of the default language.
The funny thing is that the test form button and the cancel button work correctly.
But the most curious thing is that it only happens with chronoforms, on the site I have other components, modules, plugins installed and I can edit, create, modify them without problems.
Undoubtedly it is a problem in the composition of the url, if in the resulting url after clicking on the save button, I remove the language suffix, it shows me as if trying to save a new form without name or data, It's very strange and I really don't know how it could be solved.
You could provide me with information on what file the url of the save button is composed of, to keep track of why it is wrong to compose it?

I made a video, I share the link. https://drive.google.com/open?id=1SrihFajOrjZ5PqzgNKH5Q061g6SwErH8

Greetings and thanks again
