Uploading Files Is Succesful But Keeps Refreshing the Site (Attempting to Resubmit the Form) in a Loop

Hi, So I've set up a form with a file upload field. I'm getting the image attached but it keeps going around in a circle. The debug appeared to be suggested at first glance that I had the auto verification set by default and the recaptcha was failing - this is clearly not the case as the photo that i'm uploading is actually being attached to the Email received.

I figure it would be useful to send some screenshots so that you can totally understand how i've configured this and also a link to the form.

From reading this the Event Loader at the end is the problem, please try removing it.

Ok, I deleted the very last event loader but this has not fixed it unfortunately - Email is still being received with the attached image. Any other ideas or is this in bugland? If so, is there anything, such as a show stopper that will act as a temporary fix? Thanks🙂 This may also link to the issue with the message not being able to be displayed. I'm about to log that as a separate issue as per Max (Admin)'s request. The two may end up being a combined fix.
