Form not showing

Hi there,

I don't know what is going on but i have created the form and it isn't showing on the website - http://luxeproductions.com.au/contact

Any help would be appreciated!!

Hi JWE,

Impossible to say from the info here - do you see the form from a View Form or Test Form link in the Forms Manager?

I checked the full link http://your_domain.com.au/?index.php?option=com_chronoforms5&chronoform=contact&tmpl=component and there is no sing of any form code in the HTML.
