Thankyou message showing in place of form

Hi,

I have a form that should show in a module. Instead of seeing the form I see the thank-you message.
I have tried clearing the cache (both chronoforms and Joomla).
I have tried duplicating the form.

Can anyone suggest what to do?

Hi Keith,

How exactly are you loading the form in the module?

Does it display correctly if you click the Test form link in the Forms Manager?

Hi,
I am using a module mod_chronoforms5
The form displays correctly when using the "test form" button.

Now, after more tests, the form is displaying, but when I fill it in and submit, I do not see the thank-you message, the form is redisplayed with the fields empty, and no data is emailed or saved to the database.

This form used to work. I have updated joomla to 3.9.4, and changed to the https protocol. Could this be the problem? If so, what should I do?

Hi Keith,

If the form doesn't include file uploads you can try using the Ajax Submit option, that should get around any routing problems with normal submission.
