captcha_img dont show image

Hi dear support
I have chronoform 5 latest version and joomla latest version.
I use captcha_img for showing captcha image and add load captcha before render form.
by image not shown.
My form is in this address and captcha code is at the end of form:

what is problem?

ERROR for site owner: Invalid key type

Says it right there on captcha buddy. You probably supplied a V3 key instead of V2.
