File attachmens in email not working

I have two upload fields. The files do get uploaded onto the server correctly.
But the email never gets sent.

The file attachment is enabled:

I think the files should get attached automatically? Or do I have to add something in the Attachments list field? If so what?

I use two file upload fields, multi upload set to "no". "Attach to email" is enabled in file field settings.

My mistake, wrong order of events in setup tab.

And in case someone else wants to know if there must be a value in this field:

No, I did not enter anything and it works🙂
