Hi there,
we did just noticed, that our multistep form won't be submitted on Safari Browser. By checking we noticed also that sometimes for cant be submitted also in Chrome/FF on Windows due to same problem but with no reproducable pattern - by sumbitting it's drop the message "Please provide all the required info."
Error happens on submition in form validation event. However we did checked all fields one by ne and all are ok . Only on end submitting validation means some of the form is not filled out properly. Strange is, that same form works fineon Stage, also in Safari, but not on live. May it be related to some server configuration?
We using latest versions of Chronoforms6 and Joomla 3.8.12 with no cache.
Thanks in Advance
Alex

Have you manually set any of your fields to a different type, like "type:date" ?

No. All fields are defaults.

Update - is not a serverside issue. We did copied same form from live to stage and can reproduce the issue now also on stage. so it something with form self.

which validation is failing exactly? Is it a multi-page form? Can you post a screenshot? And put a debug in as well

Since there still no solution found there more details what we did figured out since last post:
1. Form use partition areas to simulate multisteps
2. Inline validation is ok and form can be proceed to submitting but fails on submit
3. Debug on submitting shows that all fields are complete well
4. Form not working in Mac/Windows Safari and FF. In Chrome there is no issue
5. There is no any events placed on fields - so it's clear simple form.
6. Form submitting works well if website is put offline in joomla configuration. As website is put back to online, form submitting stop working.
7. This error appearing on different servers - did tryed hosted as own Apache server.
i will appreciate any support on this weired issue.
Thanks
Alex

Answer
After new setup for Form it works now. No idea what was the reason for this strange behavior. However this topic may be closed.
