Chronoforms 6 Upload randomly stops working

Hi,

Im using Chronoforms 6 with an upload form. I created it and it was tested. Worked well. But all of the sudden it stops working and gives the error "Files config is empty" also on the exact same images i tested it with. It just send the formdata in the email but nu upload. Debug shows no uploads either just the error.

What can this be?

I have not seen this reported before and it is not like ChronoForms to show random errors :-(

Please post a form backup so that we can take a look.
