Alright this could get confusing. I have created a form that uploads files and collect user info. I have also created the table. I have made sure that the uploads tab is properly filed out and that the General tab has the proper form tag attachments.
The problem is that the form will save the user data to the table but not the file names and does not save the files to the uploads folder.
Any suggestions.
Hi mgonzales323,
No suggestions beyond those in the FAQ. If the files aren't being saved to the uploads folder it sounds like a problem with folder permissions. I'd suggest that you set Error Reporting to Maximum and see if you get any helpful error messages.

So where are the error logs located?
Hi mgonzales323,
Most often the error shows up in the browser page - makes a mess of the page but gives some helpful info.

There is no error message on the screen. It shows blank screen. I go to the backend and the user profile data has saved but not the files. Is this still a permissions issue?
Hi mgonzales323,
Have you set error reporting to Maximum?
Bob
This is a production machine so no error messages. Unless there is something that needs to be turned on for Chronoforms.
Hi mgonzales323,
Without error reporting turned on you won't see the error reports. Turn it on, check the reports if there are wny, turn it off again.
