Email Attachement using a filepath; where has the path to start

medexter 15 Mar, 2018
I want to add a pdf to an email as an attachement. The pdf isn't uploded by the user, it's manually uploaded, outside of ChronoForm. and everyone who completes the form gets this pdf in the mail. When i add the path, just like I would in order to link to that pdf on my website, then that email can't be recieven, I don't even know if it has been sent at all.

Does anyone know where in the file system chronoForm starts, and therefor where my filepath has to start?

Hi medexter,

Please see the example on Page 17 of the Cfv6 manual.

Thank you for your answer.
I changed my file path and now it starts with "/home/..." and ends at the file i want to send. However i still do not recieve this email. "auto attach file fields" is also enabled.
Do you know any other reasons for this?
When I try sending the email without the file path everything works fine.

Hi medexter,

Is that the correct full path for your site. It doesn't necessarily start with /home/
