Tried to replicate the UPDATE LIST function like that in the Demo connection "Articles list with advanced features" but did not succeed. Perhaps someone could help?
If I understood correctly, there are following steps to be done:
1. Create Event "update_list" :
List view name: articles_list
3. Create Column in "articles_list" Columns list:
Name: title[{var:articles_list.row.Article.id}] - this needs to be explained on how to adjust
Value: {var:articles_list.row.Article.title} - what if there is dropdown field instead? what would be the settings?
6. Create Function "update_article_title"
Model name: Article
Data override on Update: title:{var:save_articles_titles_loop.row} - this needs to be explained on how to adjust; should here be all fields listed or it can be empty?
Update conditions: id:{var:save_articles_titles_loop.key} - this needs to be explained on how to adjust
7. Create Function "save_articles_titles_loop"
Data provider: {data:title} - where this come form? how to adjust it for, e.g. Chronoforms submissions table?
Loop body: {fn:update_article_title}
Could somebody comment on this? Thank you in advance -
