Getting Chronoforms Submitions to the Frontend

phreak 18 Jul, 2008
Hi all,

I've a special task were website-visitors will fill out a form (Name, Company, Status & Comment) and submits it.

Following things will then happen:

1.) An Administrator will check if the Submission is ok and should be able to publish it.

2.) Three Inputs (Name, Company and Status) will appear in the frontend in a list. When they are hovered with the mouse an ajax-box jumps up showing the comment. Newest published entry will appear on top.

I know i can make the submission via Chronoforms but is there a way to have them published and unpublished (per default) by an Administrator in a certain way ?

Thanx for Tipps,
(or maybe another Extension that can do that)

Hi phreak,

I dont' know of an extension that will do this. In ChronoForms you can add a hidden 'published' field and not display the record is this isn't set. I'd probably then create a second admin form (make it redirect if the user isn't an admin) and add some kind of browsing and editing ability there. The minimum would be to display the data with a 'publish' checkbox.
