Attempting to edit form results in blank white page in admin

Hey everyone (Max & Greyhead) -
When in administrator if I click a form (firefox/chrome), I get a single white page with no content.
I have enabled error reporting = Maximum (No errors show)
Checked with web developer tools = Nothing broken (not much code on output page at all)
Tried installing latest (5.0.16 and roll back to 5.0.12) = Nothing changes.

So am at a loss on how to continue.

Hard to know :-( I would expect the Maximum Error Reporting to show you any error message.

Please check the page HTML again and scan through the content to see if any error messages are showing up there.

You might also check the server logs to see if they give any clues.

And also turning Joomla! Debugging on might show something useful.
