CF6.0.8 Blocks Tab

I can see the menu option "Blocks" however there isn't a table created. Error message shown is:


1146 Table 'systems_.#__chronoengine_forms6_blocks' doesn't exist

Re-Installing the Full package 6.0.8 adds the new table.

It sure does add the table. But what is it?
