Hi,

I filled in all data in External DB (save module), with DB Type mysql, and I enabled it. I saved.
Then I select a table that I created into external db from combo in General TAB.

When "Auto Manage Data Table" is ON, on saving I received error that the table not exists in Joomla Site DB.
When I try to create the table from "Forms Manager", It create the DB in Joomla Site DB.

External DB is ignored.

Please may you check?

Hi indiana,

The "Auto" management feature does not support external databases, please disable it and create the table manually, or copy the one created in the Joomla database.
