Thankyou page has stopped working

Hello,
I am using CF4 with J3.6 and my form used to show the Thankyou page before, but recently I noticed it only shows a blank page.
I have checked the Events page and it is still shown under the On Submit group along with the Email (which works), but the Thankyou page code (HTML) doesn't display any more. Any help to debug this problem will be much appreciated.

Is the page completely blank or does the template show but not the message?

The most recent site update I recall doing is JCE Editor 2.6.19, but not sure if that has anything to do with it???

Hi Qamar,

Please try to remove the existing thank you element and add another with a simple text, like one word, does it work ?

Hi Qamar,

A completely white page is a sign of a PHP Error, please temporarily set your Site Error Reporting to Maximum and see if you get a more helpful message then.

I have been unable to resolve this problem. I also cannot upgrade my PHP version until I have some custom code updated (mySQL_connect() to mySQLi_connect). Once that is done, I will update both PHP version (to 7.0) and Joomla version (to 3.8).

However, I wish to know if Chronofom 4 will work in Joomla 3.8 or should I upgarde to Chronoform 6 and are Chronoform 4 compatible with ver 6?

v4 and v6 can work together, if you install Joomla 3.8 then make sure you update Chronoforms 4

Hi Max,
Please clarify, if I upgrade to Chronoform 6, would my CF4 forms still work as is (i.e. is it forward compatible) or would I need to re-write all the forms for CF6 (after upgrade to Joomla 3.8)?

Hi Max,
I updated CF4 to the latest version from the download and then upgraded to PHP 7.0 and Joomla to 3.8.
There were issues with some CF4 custom code, but it does seems to work under Joomla 3.8.
However, I am unable to save a CF4 form for file permission errors, which is a separate issue as logged below.

I had the same problem on my page, once filled up the prospect form from my ofertas jazztel website the thank you page was completely blank, even after updating Chronoforms 4

Hi sandragarcia,

A blank page is usually a sign of PHP error, please try setting Site Error Reporting to Maximum temporarily and see if you get a more helpful error message.
