Is there a tutorial on how to set up a multi-page form in v6?

Where did the "Page Break" element go?

There's no tutorial, but you can click the Demos button in Chronoforms and there's a multipage demo.

I have read through the tutorial (it's really not well written and needs images or a video) and can not figure this out. In the Designer I have created the three sections for my three page form. Please see the attached image for what I have in Setup. Thanks for any help.
