Hi Support team,
I don't know what happened but the multi-select drop down stopped working on one of my sites.
Please see: http://www.paratustelco.com/na/test-form (I used the demo form "demo-dynamic-dropdown" which is working perfectly fine on other websites. )
Actually I didn't change anything on the website as far as I know. I only updated to Joomla 3.7.2 and one week later my customer writes that the forms are not working anymore.
Please help.
Regards,
Sebastian

Hi Sebastien,
It looks like a problem with the URL being used for the Ajax query - that is http://www.paratustelco.com/na/component/chronoforms5/?chronoform=demo-dynamic-dropdown&event=load_clubs&tvout=ajax&league=ENG
The URL isn't returning the list of clubs but a whole page from the website. You can try setting Relative URL to No in the form HTML (Render form) action, or adding a custom Action URL - see this FAQ.

Hi Bob,
The tutorial worked in a way - http://www.paratustelco.com/na/my-form-submit. So it loads the multi select drop down, but only if I call the form as a menu item.
But i have several forms which are embedded into articles. Do you have an idea how I could get those to work.
What could be a possible reason why it worked and then just stopped working.

Hi Sebastien,
You don't need to call the form from the menu item - please try setting that as the action url for the form and see if it them works.
I can only guess that something has changed in the way that SEF URLs are handled?

Hi Bob,
That doesn't work unfortunately.
What is strange is that without the multi-dropdown the form is 100% working. http://www.paratustelco.com/na/services/connectivity/fttx/enquiry
its just that function that wont work all of a sudden.
