I have to create a form for enrolling for courses. The 80+ courses are divided in 8 types of Courses.
So I think best would be first a look up for the types and then a second lookup for selecting only the preselected by type Courses.
The items of types and courses can be entered as list inside of chronoforms or stored in database table. Finally the form data sould be send as csv attachement or stored in database table alternative.
Is there an example or document how to do this?
