Dear my help please .. I use (ChronoForms 5) ..
And has designed a file upload with mail
When sending an e-mail, this is done well but:
1-The file does not arrive with mail
2- A file is not uploaded to any folder on the HOST folder
3- I do not receive any messages stating that there is a line in the transmission when sending

Please advise and explain the reason for the problem of not uploading the file

In the Files Config box you need to start the line with the name of the Upload File input e.g. file_1:jpg-png

Done and did what You said .. See attached image ... Without a result .. I looked in the path of the folder of (chronoforms) in :
public_html/=== my siet === /components/com_chronoforms5/chronoforms/uploads
I did not find the files uploaded !!!!!!!!!
I am very sad .. Please help

Please add a debugger action after the upload files action to check the upload routine results.

You drag a Debugger action after the upload files action then test the form, please remove the "Event loop" in the "fail" event of the upload files before debugging and add it later.

Under "Setup" > "Basic" > "Debugger", the same area where you drag an "Email" action.

Please post a screenshot of the current form setup, I need to check where did you place the debugger action exactly.

Pleae try removing the Event Loop action from the green On Success box of the Files Upload action. That is trying to re-load the form when the file has been successfully uploaded.

BUT ... the file has NOT been successfully uploaded

I do not know what the reason is so far ... but I did it back in the attached pictures FOR the debugger action
I searched for the file in the upload folder located in a folder (chronoforms) BUT I DONT FOUND !!!!

There is no sign of the Files upload action output in the Debugger info you have posted :-(

By all means PM me the site URL, the form name, and a SuperAdmin login and I'll take a quick look.
