Email Issue

I have a simple information form that gathers names, addresses, phone numbers, etc. I have the email set up to return the info. I am able to get the email to send to one of the addresses, but not the other. The website is htsgteam.com. The email address that does not receive email from the form is andy@htsgteam.com. I have another email address listed on the form and when a form is submitted, that email address receives the email from the form as it should. I have attache a screenshot of my email set up. I can't figure out why the email is not getting to the andy@htsgteam.com address.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi brob34,

Please try removing the spaces from the list of addresses, ChronoForms ought to be able to handle these but it doesn't always do so.

I'll do that but this won't fix my issue. I have tested the form with only the andy@htsgteam address listed and the email does not reach that address. If I use only the bobrobertson@robertsonconsultants.com address, the email is delivered. The problem is with the htsgteam address.

Hi brob34,

Then it's being dropped after being sent by Joomla! The domain is the same as the From Email address so you might want check the mail server settings to see if they are being filtered out on receipt.
