I've tried all the steps that have been posted in the FAQ, but I still can't edit the items on any forms. I've tried to create a new form, and add new items, and I get the same results. Here are my system details for my server and joomla installations:

I've tried using Safari and Firefox so far, and both provide the same result.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi trinityumcr,
That looks like a problem with the Modal Window code - do you see any JavaScript errors on the page?
Please take a Form Backup using the icon in the Forms Manager and post it here and I'll take a closer look on my test site to check for any problems with the form itself. (Though I doubt that is the problem here).

For some reason I can't get a backup of any of my forms. I select the form to backup, hit the backup button, and I get an empty page.
I've got it sorted out now. Due to some other rather random circumstances, I ended up overwriting my Joomla core system, and re-installing ChronoForms. So far so good.
Sorry to jump in but i have the same problem, just recently after running some updates with CF and Joomla. I'm betting it's the same thing.... I duplicated chronoforms on a test installation of Joomla, but this worked fine, same versions of Joomla and CF5.011 also on both, which lead me to think there was problem with the Isis admin template as i can get the edit page to load using Hathor, ... except the live site has the tcpdf action installed. So i installed that also on the test site and bingo the same problem. I can't fix it without looking into the files, but here's some help:
There's a js snytax error, which only appears when tcpdf action is installed:
jquery.min.js:2 Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: #basic-{N}
with the TCPDF related to this area of html formatting:
.... etc
I also noticed there are 2 versions of jQuery being loaded - Isis already loads the normal Joomla library version 1.11.3 from admin and CF admin also loads a version ( uncompressed), i don't think this is the issue as such, but can't help things.
Any help appreciated.

Hi artonezero,
I have sent you a PM with a link to download a 'fixed' version of the TCPDF action. Max made some changes to the coding in the latest version of CFv5 but did not carry those over to the TCPDF action :-(
Please see the Admin templates section of this FAQ for a fix for the ISIS template.

Hello GreyHead,
Can you please PM me the download link for TCPDF action as well? I have the same issue as artonezero. I am not able to setup TCPDF action anymore.
Thank you in advance.

Hi,
I think, that my problem is the same or similar:
I can´t edit the forms. I can enter chronoforms5 with the list of different forms. When I try to open one (it´s no difference between demo-forms and my own forms), I get a opal window with a running circle "loading" and nothing further happens.
I have Joomla 3.5.1, chronoforms 5.0.11 as admin, and (don´t know why) on site V5RC1.2 and package (site) V5.0 . Further there is a not published plugin V 5.0 from Dec. 2013.
Joomla was set up on Dec. 2015 on a free site.
The php-version is 5.6.21-1~he.0.
