Validation not working

Can' t seem to get validation to work. Form sends OK, captcha works fine.

Any thoughts?

Hi Paul,

It looks as though the HTML has been hand-coded and there are no validation classes included. Typically that would be class="validate['required']" or class="validate['required', 'email']" etc.
