Chrono 4 won't validate

Validation isn't working on one of our sites (we see this failure on most sites.) Usually if we try the validate a few times it eventually works, but not on this site. We even tried the instant key to no avail.

Latest version of Chronoforms 4 - I have an Ultimate license.

Do I need to validate ChronoForms? Isn't it free?

Thanks for the links, but this is for validating the installation. In many cases we don't bother since the function is so hit and miss, but it looks scary to clients to have the "Your ChronoForms install at www.allencc.edu is NOT Validated, No limited features but for a small fee you get link free forms and help us continue the development and support" message.

So, we would just like for the validation system to actually work reliably. It never has for us on numerous sites.
