I have recently changed hosting companies from Hostgator to Siteground which has affected the email function on the various forms used on my website.
When I submit a form I receive an email to advise there is a permanent error and that for my email address "There is no user here" Our email address is linked to and in-house exchange so I believe the email is trying to send internally and failing. For the moment i have amended the to email to a gmail account and have set this account up to forward the emails from the website which is currently working fine however I would prefer this to be a temporary fix.
Is there a way I can send the email directly to our main email address without going via another account without confusing the in-house exchange our main email is linked to?
