How can I manage 1000s of prices

I want to integrate paypal payment option on my site and each product should have different value. How can i manage these prices in paypal when these products will be 1000s. is there any option to update with csv file like ecommerce site.

You can feed the form from a database table; and you can load data from a CSV file to the table in various ways: with an admin only form; with an Excel plug-in; . . .
