Unwanted data

I ve set up a contact form with
-custom field for "upload files details" (explaining what files are accepted etc) -pure code is set to no but i use an <ol> tag.
-recaptcha (the last one)
-and a checkbox for checking if a copy of the form is gonna be sent to the sender (not configured well yet).

The problem is that in my tests, I always get the fields "upload file details", "recaptcha" and checkbox. No matter if i delete the according rows from the template's table, i always get those areas and they are put back again into the template.

Bug? Something I missed? What's wrong?

I'm guessing that this is a problem with your email template?

If so, then make sure that the Email Template generation is set to Custom (and not to Auto) and delete the HTML that you don't need.

Yes exactly this was the problem! I turned the Template Generation to Custom and those areas were possible to be deleted. I had yet to understand the difference of Auto and Custom template but I got it now. Thanks!
