I have a form that we use to send a request for estimate to our sales team. It works awesome but we want to make a little change that might be much more useful for us.

We want requests that are new business to be sent to Email A and requests that are for repeat business sent to Email B.

Is this possible and, if so, how would I set this up?

Please see this FAQ. Exactly the same method will work with radio buttons in CFv5.
