second menu don't show

Hi,
I used the Chrono Forms here http://www.cdminternational.it/index.php?option=com_chronoforms5&view=form&Itemid=112,
but I would like to show another chrono forms here http://www.cdminternational.it/index.php?option=com_chronoforms5&view=form&Itemid=113
but as you can see you can not see anything, why?
Note if is important: I have buy 3 validation keys for 3 domain.

All that is in the page is this
<div class="gbs3"></div>
So my best guess is that there is no HTML (Render form) action in the form On Load tab.

So, what you say is that you do not see anything in the article?
where is " no HTML (Render form) action in the form On Load tab" ?
I can not understand why in a menu item I see everything correctly and in the other I see nothing

Hi dheio,

I can only guess that one form has the HTML (Render form) action and the second one does not. I can't think of another explanation from the information here.
