My form on http://magn.fo.linux84.wannafindserver.dk/fo/bilegg-vidhskiftakort won't submit. What am I doing wrong? The code is attached. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Your form on that page has no <form></form> tags so isn't really a form.
Does it work from the View Form link in the Forms manager? If so. please see this FAQ.
