Captcha in Chronoform

I am having trouble with the contact form on my Joomla website. At the bottom of the form is the Captcha security feature for the visitor to fill out. I am having mixed reviews from various visitors to this website. For some, it consistently works and they are able to submit their contact form.

For others, it consistently DOESN'T work and says something like "Wrong Verification Code", and won't allow them to submit their contact form.

I can't seem to figure out why it works for some and doesn't for others. Is there a solution??

Did you test it yourself with correct and incorrect codes ?

You may also try one of the alternatives, ReCaptcha, Security question, Honeypot, server validation..etc, all of them should add enough security to your form!
