TPCPDF not working

Hi,

I've install TPCPDF plugin, and I want to :
1) save my pdf on server
2) attach it to an email.

So I choose Save + Display Inline: and it does display inline, but won't save in server. I put a URL of an exiting folder in "Save path" and I receive no errors, it just does not save.

I've also tried to attach it to a an email using the same value in TPCPDF ACTION field "File name in Data/Files array" and in EMAIL ACTION "Attachment"field.

But is not working either.

Any advice? Thanks!

Hi M.Abletech,

You need to add a 'path' to the Save Path box, not a URL - and it needs to be the full root path e.g. /my_account/public_html/my_domain.com/pdf_files/

what you mean with full root path ?

mydomain/public_html/components/com_chronoforms5/chronoforms/uploads/biglietti/

?

That looks correct. Please add a Debugger action at the end of the On Submit event and copy and paste the Debugger output here.

Hi M.Abletech,

As you say there is no error showing there - it says that the file has been saved. Maybe a problem with the path, or maybe with write permissions for the folder???
