We have some CF6 forms with <200 elements included. The form cannot be edited from the Joomla backend using PHP 7.4.
The page timeouts using that version after 1-2 minutes of loading.
We changed our hosting back to PHP 7.3 and the problem went away.
This is only an issue for forms with many elements... if it is a simple form with a handful of elements then it seems to load fine.
In case you come across this, just retreat back to PHP 7.3 for any editing work!
