I am calling a CF6 form from a CC6 connection. The form fields display but they are empty. I can see by the debugger that the correct data is passed. How can I tell CF6 to display the data?

Thanks for the tip above. I am able to display the form with the table data.
Now I need to use the form to update the table. I am getting this message when I click the submit button ==> 1062 Duplicate entry '930' for key 'PRIMARY' Looks to me like it is trying to add the record rather than update it.
My Data Provider is set to {data:model_name} and the Write Action is set to Update.
What am I doing wrong?
